I received the wrong order / I haven't received my order

No worries, just drop us a message on the Contact section in the menu and we will do our best to respond in 2-3 days.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes! We delivery to most countries in Europe. You can find out which countries we ship to at the bottom of the page.

The postage will be slightly more and it might take slightly longer to arrive, but be patient and drop us a message if you haven't received it in 11 days.

How do I know what size to buy?

Whatever size you normally wear should be perfect but if you're worried here is the size guide in inches.

Medium: (Width) 22, (Length) 28

Large: (Width) 24, (Length) 29

X Large: (Width) 26, (Length) 30

How do I change the currency on the shop?

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can change to the currency of all the locations we ship to.

Is the clothing sustainable?

Yes our clothing and packaging is eco-friendly.

How should I wash my Jam Merch?

Try to wash similar colours together. Don't iron on the print and it's best to wash and iron inside out.

Are you playing in my hometown any time soon?

You can find all of our upcoming shows in the menu above. We tend to do most of our shows in London but fingers crossed we'll be playing in some other UK cities in the New Year!
